was lucky enough to have my brother, Philip, and my sister, MaryBeth sing back
up with me all weekend! | "Marybeth
was kind enough to double as my merchandise girl too!" |

| This
was definitely the smokiest bar in the world! Coming from CA where smoking is
illegal inside a building...it was hard to get used to! But I managed, the bar
owner, Ray, treated us so well and Jeff and Tanya from Phat Dawg Productions,
who found us the gig, were awesome! |
Friday
night Dec 28 took us to Park Inn in Topeka, KS! The crowd there was sooooo warm! | Local
group "Bridges and Smith" opened for us, she was a little bit Jewel, a little
bit Sheryl Crowe. | | |

night we hit Wesport in Kansas City at the Hurricane. |
I'd
always wanted to play this club, it' s one of the hottest clubs in KC. |
The
band following our early show was Baloney Poneys-great 80's metal band! |

| We
were so happy the place was packed, the KC Star newspaper did a full page feature
article,(see "news" page to read) so alot of old friends showed up as well as
tons of family I hadn't seen in years! |
Playing
on the Plaza in KC was great the restaurant/listening room, Fedora's, was a perfect
venue for an acoustic show. | One
of the highlights of the night for me was jammin to "Walkin After Midnight" and
"Crazy" and "Kansas City" with an amazing guitarist named, Doc, and Allen White
on flute | | |

| Returning
to Jeanne Donovan's radio show "Coffee House Radio" on 90.1 KKFI, one of the few
community supported stations in KC was a blast! |
